Subcellular locations of PhCS. PhCS C-terminal GFP fusion proteins were transiently expressed in petunia protoplasts coexpressing gRFP, mRFP and pRFP, which served as Golgi, mitochondrion and peroxisome markers, respectively, and visualized by confocal microscopy.
