Significant differences are: *P < 0.05, for each timepoint when compared to timepoint “− 30”, assessed using a repeated-measures (RM) one-way ANOVA with post hoc Bonferroni test. The P value quoted in the final column is the overall significance of the RM ANOVA with Glasshouse–Geisser correction for the effect of time.
