Comparison of median MTRasym between grades and between IDH mutant and IDH wild-type gliomas. Grade III gliomas shows significantly higher MTRasym compared to grade II gliomas (a). However, when comparing within 1p/19q non-co-deleted gliomas (b) or co-deleted gliomas (c), the difference is not significant. MTRasym is also significantly higher in IDH wild-type gliomas compared to mutant gliomas (d).
