Visualizing fragment length distribution of cfDNA by electrophoretic mobility, high throughput sequencing and ddPCR. Two representative samples exhibiting low (> Fg) and “normal” (< Fg) cfDNA size distributions are compared through three comparable methods. (A) Analysis of the electrophoretic mobility of cfDNA fragments, (B) fragment length distribution of mapped sequencing reads or (C) using our multiplexed ddPCR assay described herein.
