Cultured with an osteogenic cocktail (OC), MDA-MB-231 cells have the expression and enzyme activity of placental alkaline phosphatase (PLAP) MC3T3-E1, MDA-MB-231, and MDA-MB-468 cells which were cultured with and without OC for 2 weeks.
