From: Uncovering unique plasticity in life history of an endangered centenarian fish
Estimated age at fork length (FL) for Pallid Sturgeon captured in the upper and lower basin of the Missouri River. Growth increment data were fitted to a von Bertalanffy growth curve reformulated in terms of the increment of growth and the period of time between captures. Age for fish of any given size (FL) was estimated with parameters derived from tagging data.
