  1. Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining was performed to analyze apoptotic cell populations. HT-29 cells were treated with different doses of four DKPs as an indicated time for 24 h. Data are representative of three independent experiments (n = 3). DKP -1—cyclo (l-Pro-l-Leu), DKP -2—cyclo (l-Pro-l-Val), DKP -3—cyclo (l-Pro-l-Phe), and DKP -4—cyclo (l-Pro-l-Tyr).
