GO annotations mainly included neutrophil activation, regulation of immune effector process, positive regulation of cytokine production and neutrophil-mediated immunity. KEGG pathways mostly included phagosome, complement and coagulation cascades, cell adhesion molecules and ECM-receptor interaction and focal adhesion.
