Dendrogram and heatmap of bacterial distributions of the top 50 abundant genera present in the bacterial community of the ten soil samples. The phylogenetic trees were calculated using neighbor-jointing method. The heatmap plot depicted the relative abundance of different soil samples within each genus (variables clustering on the vertical axis). The relative value of each genus was indicated by color intensity.
