(B) DNAJA1 mRNA expression in cancers (TGCA PanCan) obtained from cBioPortal. mRNA expression value is log2 ratio of expression seen in cancer vs. reference cells (please see www.cbioportal.org/faq for more information). (C) increased DNAJA1 expression is not driven by copy number increase. DNAJA1 copy number vs DNAJA1 expression was plotted and Pearson’s correlation coefficient (R-value) was calculated.
