CMR images of function (top panel), stress perfusion (2nd panel), LGE (3rd panel), color map of T1 at rest and stress (4th and 5th panel). The control group (left) showed normal perfusion with no late-gadolinium enhancement (LGE). The ischemic patient (middle) showed first-pass perfusion defect at the septal wall without LGE. The infarcted patient (right) showed first-pass perfusion defect and positive LGE at the anterior and septal walls.
