From: A role of color vision in emmetropization in C57BL/6J mice
The tdTomato layer did not affect retinal function revealed by ERG recordings. There were no significant differences in a- and b-wave amplitudes for either scotopic or photopic conditions between Chx10-Cre;Ai9 and Cre-negative littermates (all P values > 0.05, repeated measures ANOVA).
