  1. The first line reports the genome-wide D-statistic, p value, and admixture fraction (fG) of P2 for the population level test. Subsequent lines report these statistics for all tested pairwise combinations of melanopterus and tertius individuals that resulted in significant introgression (D > 0, p value < 0.05, 8 of 28 pairwise combinations tested). No combinations showed significant introgression from Javan Myna into melanopterus individuals relative to tertius individuals.
