Expression of stress-associated genes in granulosa cells subjected to HS. The impact of HS on the expression of genes associated with oxidative stress (NRF2 and SOD1) and endoplasmic reticulum stress (GRP94 and GRP78) was assessed using qRT-PCR. The expression of the genes was significantly higher in HS granulosa cells.
