From: Extracellular vesicles shuttle protective messages against heat stress in bovine granulosa cells
Expression of stress-associated genes in EVs released from granulosa cells subjected to HS. The impact of HS on the expression of stress-associated genes encapsulated in the EVs was assessed using qRT-PCR. The expression of the HSP90 and SOD1 were significantly enriched in HS-EVs. The expression of HSP70 and GRP94 tends to be higher in HS-EVs, but statistically not significant. There was no significant difference in the expression of NRF2 and GRP78 between the control and the HS-EVs. Data are presented as mean ± SEM and the mean differences were analyzed using the Two-tail student’s t test. *p < 0.05, ns not significant.
