  1. rACSF recording artificial cerebrospinal fluid warmed to 30 °C, Pox paraoxon (10 μM, an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor), PAM Pralidoxime (100 μM, an oxime), ATR Atropine (1 μM, a non-selective acetylcholine receptor antagonist), Physo Physostigmine (100 μM, an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor), Drugs were administered with superfusing rACSF.
