From: Assessing harbour porpoise carcasses potentially subjected to grey seal predation
For grey seal predation untypical lesions in a porpoise carcass showing a potential knife induced lesion starting in the area of the head/throat and showing a smooth wound margin. In addition, signs of scavenging are present in the head area with considerable amounts of tissue removed and further manipulated blubber tissue in the area of the linear lesion.
