Antigen-specific cytotoxic activity of SART293–101-specific CTL induced by TAS0314. (a) Evaluation of SART293–101 epitope-specific cytotoxicity. SART293–101-specific CTLs were cultured with 51Cr-labeled B16F10.A24, SART293–101 peptide-pulsed B16F10.A24, or B16F10.A24/SART293–101 cells. (b) Evaluation of SART3302–310 epitope-specific cytotoxicity. SART3302–310-specific CTLs were cultured with 51Cr-labeled SART3302–310 peptide or WT1 p126 peptide-pulsed T2 cells. Effector: Target ratio was 80:1. (c) HLA neutralization antibody blocked SART293–101-specific cytotoxicity. SART293–101-specific CTLs were cultured with 51Cr-labeled B16F10.A24/SART293–101 cells in the presence of anti-HLA-ABC blocking antibody or isotype control antibody (20 µg/mL).
