Visualized feature space of body composition, with 64 chosen fields of 3000 subjects. The 2d UMAP projection21 minimizes the distance between similar subjects, each represented by one dot. For each subplot, the named variable was removed before dimensionality reduction and used for colouring, with brighter intensity for higher values. The sexes (field 31, 0 for females and 1 for males) distinctly divide in two hemispheres whereas the ranges of BMI (field 21001), height (field 12144) and body fat percentage (field 23281) vary systematically.
