  1. One-way ANOVA test was applied to see the comparison among Group A, B and C. Post hoc analyses for multiple comparisons were performed for significantparameters in ANOVA test. To evaluate the effect of diabetes, independent ‘t’ test for comparison of continuous parametric parameters, and Z-test for differences in proportions between group A and B were applied.
