Percentages of conditional R² (deviance explained by the entire model, including both fixed and random effects) explained by each group of variables: Technical (PTT’s lifetime and duty cycle), Biological (rate of perched fixes, sex, age, territorial and breeding status), and Environmental (surface solar radiation, total precipitation, and topographic altitude) and by their interactions. The total conditional R² of the model is also shown.
