PL spectra (log scale) from an emitter on the surface of hydrogen-annealed Ga₂O₃, and bulk ZnO. The experimental conditions were 1 mW laser power and 10 ms integration time. The PL peak height for Ga₂O₃ is approximately 50 times that of ZnO.
