DCs display increased levels of csHLA-DR upon LPS-activation in contrast with total levels HLA-DRA1 α-chain. csHLA-DR and totalHLA-DRA1 fold induction between unstimulated and LPS-treated DCs, statistical significance was analyzed with a two-tailed Student's t Test (*p < 0.05). Each point for csHLA-DR represents a replicate (n = 3). For totalHLA-DRA1 each point represents the mean for two injections corresponding to 25,000, 50,000 and 100,000 cells per donor (n = 3) and the SD (error bars).
