Knockout of TRPM2 attenuated starvation-induced lysosomal/autolysosomal acidification. Shown were representative fluorescent images (A) and data summary (B) illustrating starvation (3 h)-induced lysosomal/autolysosomal acidification in mASMCs from WT and TRPM2 KO mice. Green puncta represented lysosomes/autolysosomes in cells. Stronger fluorescence intensity indicated lower pH value. Knockout of TRPM2 reduced the starvation-induced lysosomal/autolysosomal acidification. (C).
