Increased decay time (A) and longer swimming distances (B) to the platform showed in HI mice than those of sham mice in the training of the WMT. (C) Similar swimming speeds in sham and HI groups. (D)–(F) Sham and HI mice showed no significant differences in the probe test, including the time spent in the periphery, the opposite and the target quadrants (D), the time spent before the first entry to the platform zone (E), the crossing numbers (F).
