The pathology of kidney in mice with scramble siRNA and si-Shroom3. (a) No apparent changes in periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) staining were seen in glomeruli of mice with scramble siRNA and si-Shroom3. (b) Podocin detected as tdTomato (pink) decreased in si-Shroom3 mice.
