Influence of Kupffer cells on the iron metabolism changes induced by α-GalCer-mediated iNKT activation. Mice were injected with PBS-liposomes or with clodronate-liposomes 48 h before the administration of vehicle or 100 μg/Kg body weight of α-GalCer. (A) Liver weight 24 h post-treatment.
