NOE values for each residue were determined using the ratio between the peak intensities of the saturated and unsaturated spectra. Error bars represent the uncertainty in each NOE value, determined relative to the baseline noise level in the saturated and unsaturated spectra. Dashed lines indicate the average NOE of each domain.
