(b) [¹H, ¹⁵N] HSQC overlay of fully oxidized WT-CaM in the presence of Ca²⁺, and initial absence of Ca²⁺ during oxidation with the addition of 6 mM CaCl₂ after full oxidation. Spectra were acquired on a Bruker 900 MHz spectrometer at 25 °C. Spectral images were generated using NMRFAM-Sparky⁴⁶.
