(B) QPCR analysis of the selected micorRNAs in A2780 versus A2780-Tx cells. (C) Relative expression of the same set of microRs in A2780-Tx cells before and after co-treatment with 5′AZA (10 µM; three days) and TsA (300 nM; one day). U6 was used as a control. One way anlysis of variance (ANOVA) was performed to get the satsitical significance of diffrence at each point (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001).
