Body weight changes and serum hormone levels in mice at 4 weeks after Samul-tang (SM) administration. (A) Mice were intraperitoneally injected with saline (n = 4, Con group) or cyclophosphamide (CP) on days 1, 3 and 5 in the first week; mice injected with CP were then orally administered distilled water (n = 5, CP group) or 5 g/kg SM (n = 5, CP + SM group) five times a week for 4 weeks. Four weeks after SM administration, the mice were weighed, and hormonal assessment was performed. (B) Body weight changes.
