Differentially expressed mRNAs involved in ovarian function. Microarray fluorescence intensities indicate the expression levels of (A) Zp2, Zp3, and Nlrp5 genes, involved in fertilisation, (B) Bmp15 and Oas1d genes, involved in ovarian follicle development, and (C) Obox1 and Obox5 genes, involved in oocyte maturation, in ovaries of the Con, CP, and CP + SM mice. Statistical analysis was performed using the Student’s t-test. Con saline-treated control mice; CP cyclophosphamide-treated mice; CP + SM CP-treated mice orally administered Samul-tang.
