Validation of the expression of differentially expressed mRNAs involved in ovarian function. qPCR was performed to validate the expression of (A) Zp2, Zp3, and Nlrp5 genes involved in fertilisation, (B) Bmp15 and Oas1d genes, involved in ovarian follicle development, and(C) Obox1 and Obox5 genes, involved in oocyte maturation, in the ovaries of the Con, CP, and CP + SM mice. Statistical analysis was performed using the Student’s t-test. Con: saline-treated control mice; CP cyclophosphamide-treated mice; CP + SM CP-treated mice orally administered Samul-tang.
