Effect of native plant extracts 1n–9n (a) and extracts after ultrafiltration 1f.–9f. (b) at the concentration 6.25, 12.5, 25 and 50 μg/mL on apoptosis and necrosis of neutrophils. Roscovitine (rsc) at the concentration of 50 μM was used as a positive control. Data were expressed as mean ± SEM of three separate experiments conducted in triplicate. The experiments were performed with cells isolated from three independent donors. Statistical significance *p < 0.05, #p < 0.05 versus non-stimulated control—NST (Dunnett’s post-hoc test).
