AISI1006 low carbon steel wire lattice structures fabricated and joined for compression testing. The measured relative density (a) 8.6% and 6.8% for 8 mm cell; (b) 6.4% and 5.3% for 10 mm cell; and (c) 5.0% and 3.8% for 12 mm cell with 2 × 2 × 1 and 2 × 2 × 2 structure respectively.
