Comparison of the protein levels of FolP2 during the exponential phase in H37Ra, H37Ra folC(I43A), and H37Ra folC(I43T) strains, as indicated by western blot. Experiments were repeated at least three times, and representative results are shown. (a) Total protein (20 μg per lane) was separated by SDS-PAGE and stained by Coomassie brilliant blue.
