Confirmation of the presence of MGDG extracted from Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 in fraction I. 1H NMR analysis of Synechocystis sp. extracted fractions H, I, and J with 40% chloroform and 60% acetone eluent combination. The NMR spectra of the MGDG standard are shown in the lowest panel. The NMR analysis confirms the presence of MGDG molecule in fraction I.
