From: Isolation and purification of glycoglycerolipids to induce apoptosis in breast cancer cells
HPLC–UV analysis of MGDG extracted from Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 (upper panel) and MGDG standard (lower panel). The MGDG peak was obtained at ~ 6 min for the MGDG molecule from both of the sources. The peaks obtained at ~ 2 and ~ 7–8 min represent the pigments and glucosides peaks eluted with the methanol/ water solvents.
