Coverage of pFBA classes by the 143 growth reducing and 1488 non-effecting genes set. For each of the 60 models, pFBA was applied to classify the genes into six categories and then the parentage of involvement for each class into the (A) 143 growth reducing genes set and (B) 1488 non-effecting genes set was calculated.
