SBF2-AS1 promotes the proliferation of oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma cell lines (ECA109 and TE-13 cells). (a) SBF2-AS1 overexpression plasmid, a negative control, SI-SBF2-AS1 and SI-NC were transiently transfected into ECA109 and TE-13 cells, and the expression of SBF2-AS1 was analysed by RT-PCR. (b) Analysis of cell proliferation. The SBF2-AS1 overexpression plasmid, a negative control, SI-SBF2-AS1 and SI-NC were transiently transfected into ECA109 and TE-13 cells, and cell proliferation was detected by RTCA. (e) Cell cycle analysis. The SBF2-AS1 overexpression plasmid, a negative control, SI-SBF2-AS1 and SI-NC were transiently transfected into ECA109 and TE-13 cells, and the proportion of cells at each stage of the cell cycle was analysed. (f) Apoptosis analysis. The SBF2-AS1 overexpression plasmid and negative control were transiently transfected into ECA109 and TE-13 cells, the apoptosis rate of the cells was analysed.
