The enlarged portion of the tree displays Group 1 isolates, and the closely-related NCBI sequences with their accession numbers. The teal circle denotes the CIM-negative ST111/O12 isolate from this study that partitioned the closest to Group 1. The red circle indicates the Erasmus MC reference isolate that was used to design the wgMLST scheme. For understanding distances between isolates, refer to Fig. 1.
