Identification of the center of the foveal avascular zone. The central fossa vessel-free zone was extracted using the Kanno–Saitama Macro (KSM) method (red line). An approximate ellipse was created for the delineated foveal avascular zone (FAZ) (blue line). The center of the FAZ is defined as the intersection of the major and minor axes of the approximate ellipse. This figure was created using SS-OCTA (PlexElite9000 Carl Zeiss Meditec, Jena, Germany) and ImageJ software.
