The current polarization tuned by (a,d) voltage gate, (b,e) barrier and (c,f) the length of the junction made by \(\hbox {Cd}_{3}\hbox {As}_{2}\) (top panel) and \(\hbox {Na}_{3}\hbox {Bi}\) (bottom panel). The model parameters are shown in Table 1. The Fermi level is \(E=0.2t\) and the magnetic field is \(B_z = 5\) T. Other parameters are shown in the figures.
