Solid lines without arrows indicate non-directional interaction. Solid arrows indicate directional interaction, with the upstream gene at the start of the arrow and the downstream gene at the end of the arrow. Dotted arrows indicate directional interaction, with the upstream gene at the start of the arrow and the downstream gene at the end of the arrow, but the relationship between the two is indirect.
