From: Improvement of magnetic resonance imaging using a wireless radiofrequency resonator array

Experimental \({B}_{1}^{+}\) maps without (a) and with (b) the array show an improvement with the RF array in the inferior regions of the brain. Average \({B}_{1}^{+}\) enhancement of 1.8 \(\pm\) 0.2 was calculated across all subjects in the cerebellum and brainstem. Experimental SNR maps without (c) and with (d) the array for one subject show that placing pads of the array at the back of the neck improves SNR in the cerebellum, neck muscles, and brainstem.
