UM-002 induces changes in cell cycle related gene expression at single-cell resolution in vivo. (A) UMAP plot of the 38,200 total high-quality cell transcriptomes captured from both DMSO (gray) and UM-002 (green) treated PDX tumors. Cells are from tumors from 3 mice per treatment group. From DMSO treated mice, 18,452 cell transcriptomes were captured, while 19,748 were captured from UM-002 treated mice.
