The effect of pressure overload in non-transgenic (NTG) and Lats2 +/- mice. NTG and Lats2 +/- mice were subjected to either transverse aortic constriction (TAC) or sham operation for either 2 or 4 weeks. The results from the 2 and 4 weeks sham groups were combined.
