The Rafflesia cantleyi flowers. R. cantleyi samples (a) one day (F1) and (b) three days (F2) after blooming were collected from Bukit Lahar, Pahang, Malaysia. Tissue samples from the perigone lobes of the two different flowers were obtained for transcriptome sequencing.
