Values are expressed relative to the abundance of miR16 (RNU48 detection was inconsistent). Data represent the average of 4–5 biological replicates for HCC (± SEM). Means across cell types were statistically significant (1 way ANOVA, p = 0.03), but no pair passed Tukey’s post-hoc multiple comparison test.
