Expression and localisation of p-TrkBTyr816 in SOL and GAS muscles. Correlation with muscular BDNF expression. The correlation (scatter plot) between muscular BDNF and p-TrkBTyr816 was evaluated in SOL and GAS muscles. Immunostainings of p-TrkBTyr816 and vWF were shown in SOL muscle. DAPI (blue) was used as nuclear marker, red-labelled immunofluorescence represented p-TrkBTyr816 (first line) and green-labelled immunofluorescence, vWF (second line). Similar results were observed in all examinations (n = 4), (c). The insert shows with higher magnification the colocalization of p-TrkBTyr816 with vWF in presence of DAPI.
